Our shipping modalities
Shipping at Robot-deals.de is free throughout the European Union for orders over €49.00!
We ship stock items within 1-2 days with DHL or Deutsche Post.
The shipments are fully insured by us and you obviously bear no risk whatsoever. The shipping boxes are wide cut and your goods are packaged well protected.
After your goods have been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation from us by email. In this you will find the shipping service provider, the shipment identification number (the so-called shipment ID) and a web link with which you can immediately see the current status of your order without much effort.
Shipping costs at a glance:
- Goods value over 49.00 euros: Free (entire European Union)
- Value of goods under 49.00 euros: €2.99
Returning an order:
If you are not satisfied with a product. You can send this back to us within 14 days. To do this, please contact our customer service at info@roboter-deals.de .
After receipt and verification, this will then arrange for the credit to be credited to your account. For quick processing, please fill out our returns form. Our customer service will send this to you by email.

Processing your order and returning it
1. Add accessories or spare parts to the shopping cart
Find the spare part you want and add it to your shopping cart
2. Complete your order
Go through the ordering process. If there are any problems, please write to our customer service at info@roboter-deals.de
3. Accessories will be shipped
After the order is placed, the order will be processed by us. The replacement part will be shipped immediately using the following payment methods:
- Paypal
- Instant bank transfer
- Credit card
- Direct debit
- The invoice
- Amazon Pay
- Klarna payment methods
4. Pay for accessories
If you have selected advance payment, you will receive the bank details together with the order confirmation. Please transfer the outstanding amount.
5. Shipping after receipt of payment
After we receive the payment, the goods will be shipped directly.
6. Note delivery time and availability
Pay attention to the delivery times. We have stock items that will arrive within 1-2 days. Goods that are in the incoming flow, the delivery time is usually 3-7 days. Freight forwarding goods that are too heavy or too large for normal parcel transport. Here too, the delivery time takes 3-7 days. Goods that are offered for pre-order have an approximate delivery date specified. This can always differ slightly from the actual delivery date. We ask you to take this into account.
7. Shipping email with the tracking number
If the goods have been shipped, you will receive a shipping notification with the tracking number.
8. Receipt of the invoice for your records
You will receive the invoice for your order once by email and once in printed form with the delivery. You can also download the invoice in your user account.
9 Returning accessories
Send the goods back to us and we will refund the purchase price after receipt and inspection of the return.
10. Checking the return and refunding the purchase price
After the accessories have been returned to us, we must check them and, after successful checking, we will refund the purchase price to your customer account. Normally there are no costs for you and you will receive the entire amount back.
