Hi, I'm Mert and a senior technician at Robo-Repair, a subsidiary of the Robot-Deals Group. I have now repaired over 1,000 robot vacuum cleaners in the last few years and claim to be the most experienced technician in Germany, especially in this area.
Your robot vacuum cleaner is defective and you no longer have a warranty on it? Then my service is just right for you. I will check your vacuum robot and create a cost estimate. You then decide based on the cost estimate whether you want to have it repaired.

Repair process
This is how it works step by step
The entire process is standardized and we regularly inform you about the current status. There are no costs without clarifying them with you first and you can refuse a repair at any time if it is no longer cost-effective for you.
1. You will receive the shipping note by email
We will send you (via email) a DHL shipping note with which you can send your robot to us. After booking, the shipping note is created manually by a service employee. This can take up to 24 hours.
2. Review and estimate
We check the robot and create a fault analysis and a cost estimate for the robot repair. We will send this to you by email for review.
3. Order repairs
Either you refuse the repair, then you only pay the check-up fee. Or you place the order and our technicians repair your robot. The check-up fee will then be offset against the repair. If you refuse the repair, we can dispose of your robot professionally or send it back to you.
4. Return after successful repair
After the successful repair, your robot will be sent back to you via DHL.

A few years ago, Mert and his workshop specialized exclusively in repairing vacuum robots. He originally comes from the design and maintenance of conveyor systems for the beverage industry. He has now successfully used this know-how and founded the first special workshop just for vacuum robots.
